Babylon Capital S.A.S. – ADIUVAT DApp Program Description

Executive Summary Babylon Capital S.A.S. (NIT 901640388-6), legally represented by Andres Felipe Hoyos Agudelo, outlines the operational framework and intellectual property of its subsidiary decentralized application (DApp), ADIUVAT.

ADIUVAT is a comprehensive mobile application designed to coordinate, organize, and validate purposeful in-person "micro-events" (gatherings, workshops, activities) within commercial spaces. The platform connects people, places, and resources through a guided flow of human interaction, strictly oriented toward personal, social, and civic growth.

Core Functionalities

  • Geolocation: Real-time mapping of commercial spaces ("Bubbles") to facilitate, plan, and manage casual outings and interactions.
  • Orchestration: Managing the entire lifecycle of micro-events: from calendar scheduling and proposals to approval, publication, and ticketing.
  • Provisioning: Suggesting matched talents and suppliers to venues for seamless event operations.
  • Transactions & Automation: Handling ticket reservations and service payments through prepaid, postpaid, or escrow systems (supporting both fiat and crypto). The system automatically disperses funds to all involved parties while withholding platform commissions.
  • Telemetry & Optimization: Collecting user preference data to suggest highly personalized events, connect users with shared interests, and optimize future business proposals.

Ecosystem Roles The platform operates through four distinct, interconnected profiles:

  1. Bubbles (Venues): Physical commercial spaces that host events. They review, approve, or adjust event proposals, purchase necessary supplies, and publish the final events on their calendar.
  2. Talents (Creators): Individuals who design and facilitate the events. They submit proposals to Bubbles and must build their events around specific growth-oriented goals.
  3. Providers (Suppliers): Businesses or individuals who sell or rent the goods, logistics, or services required to operate the micro-events.
  4. Users (Attendees): End consumers who filter events by interest, purchase tickets, attend, and provide post-event validation and satisfaction metrics.

The "Highland / Highlandia" Cultural Framework & Event Validation A foundational pillar of ADIUVAT is its "Highlandia" culture. For a micro-event to be approved and supported by the platform, it must guarantee minimum human value (the premise of "leaving better than how you entered").

To enforce this, the software requires Talents and Bubbles to explicitly select at least one core Verb (e.g., learn, create, collaborate, inspire, heal) and/or Skill (e.g., critical thinking, empathy, resilience, active listening, coding, sustainable practices) when programming the event. The app features an extensive, filterable catalog of desired experiences, personal interests, and specific human skills ranging from technical to holistic. Gatherings that lack a positive, conscious human result are rejected by the system.

Intellectual Property and Exclusivity The unique methodology described—specifically the programmed integration of "verbs and skills" as functional software filters, the multi-role operational flow, and the subsequent generation of validated multimedia (e.g., video reels featuring user testimonials of what they learned)—constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of Babylon Capital S.A.S.

Every micro-event created, validated, and digitally distributed under these parameters belongs to the ADIUVAT IP framework. Unauthorized replication of this software model, validation flow, or its specific cultural terminology in external applications constitutes a copyright infringement.

Adiuvat is a Dapp (decentralized application) for the provision of services that allows its users find and apply to the best activities near their locations; show the amount and type of people in the establishment, their opinion, the event that is taking place or calendar; Trend/fashion indicators (as consumed by users measured in spending of tokens); see where your closest active friends are and choose between partner, user or talent logistic. Access to the offer for admission to places and the complete experiences that promote and connect both local talent and develop consuming people in frequencies of realization.
